Air export customs clearance is a tight-window operation. Most of our air exports clear in 4-8 hours from cargo gate-in to Shipping Bill out-of-charge — that's only possible because we file directly on ICEGATE, work the airline's TACT cut-off clock backwards from the flight's STD, and pre-stage documents in e-Sanchit before the cargo even reaches the airport.

What's the latest cargo cut-off for same-day flight clearance?
Generally 4-6 hours before STD for general cargo at BOM/DEL. For perishables and pharma with cold-chain, we recommend 8-10 hours buffer to allow pre-cooling and ULD packing. Tell us the flight number and we'll backwork the timeline.
Do you handle DGR (Dangerous Goods) shipments?
Yes — we have IATA DGR-certified shippers on team. Class 9 lithium batteries (UN 3480/3481), Class 3 flammables, Class 6 toxics, Class 8 corrosives. We prepare the Shipper's Declaration, packing per IATA-PI, and coordinate with the airline's DG desk.
Can you do pharma cold-chain exports?
Yes — we work with CSafe and Envirotainer ULDs (RAP, RKN e1), and SkyCell/Va-Q-tec passive containers. We coordinate pre-conditioning, temperature mapping, data logger placement, and airline ULD acceptance. CDSCO Form-13 and COA filed as part of standard workflow.
How do RoDTEP scrips work for air exports?
RoDTEP rate is flagged in the Shipping Bill at filing. Post-EGM (Export General Manifest filed by airline), the scrip is automatically generated in your ICEGATE ledger within 2-4 weeks. The scrip is transferable / sellable, or you can use it against your own import duty.
