What sectors / products do you source for?
Strong on textile (knitwear, woven, made-ups), handicrafts (wooden, brass, ceramic, glass), engineering goods, auto components, pharma & nutraceutical, agri-commodities (spices, cashew, basmati), fashion accessories, hardware & fasteners. Less strong on heavy machinery, semiconductors, and high-end fashion — those need specialised sourcing partners.
How is your fee structured?
For one-time sourcing assignments: typically a flat factory-audit fee + a percentage commission on order value (1-3% depending on complexity). For ongoing sourcing relationships, we move to a retainer + lower commission model. Tell us the brief and we'll quote upfront.
What if the supplier delivers below spec?
PSI report is your contractual evidence. We facilitate the negotiation with the supplier — rework, discount, replacement. Where the supplier is in our verified panel, we have leverage they don't want to lose. Where the dispute escalates, we route through trade association arbitration.
Do you handle private-label / OEM manufacturing?
Yes — private label is one of our strongest verticals. Branded packaging, custom design, ISO 9001 manufacturers, FBA-compliant labelling for Amazon sellers. Examples: cosmetics private label from Mumbai, brass home decor from Moradabad, garments from Tirupur, ayurvedic supplements from Hyderabad.
Can you find suppliers for very small order quantities (MOQ)?
Depends on the cluster. Tirupur garments: 500-1,000 pieces MOQ achievable. Brass handicrafts: lower MOQs possible. Pharma & nutraceutical: usually 5,000-10,000 unit MOQs. Tell us your MOQ tolerance up-front and we'll filter the supplier panel accordingly.
