Documentation & cargo movement
Commercial invoice and packing list finalised. Cargo gate-in at CFS / airport. We handle the entire ICEGATE Shipping Bill / AWB process.
In-transit tracking
Container or AWB tracking on a single WhatsApp feed. ETA updates, transhipment notifications, customs status.
Destination handover
Final document set (BL/AWB, COO, COI) released to your overseas consignee. Last-mile clearance and delivery coordinated where you've engaged us for door-to-door.

Will you give me a rate before I commit?
Yes — we send binding quotes (valid 7 days) within 4 working hours of your enquiry. The quote shows freight + THC + BAF/EBS + documentation fee + clearance. No surprise add-ons at invoice time.
Do you have your own containers (SOC)?
We don't own containers as a default policy — we book carrier-owned (COC) containers because it's cheaper for most lanes. For repeat shippers on stable lanes (e.g. Mumbai-Hamburg weekly), we structure SOC arrangements where the economics favour it.
Which carriers can you book on?
Sea: Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Evergreen, COSCO, OOCL, Wan Hai, ZIM. Air: Emirates SkyCargo, Lufthansa Cargo, Air India Cargo, Qatar Airways Cargo, Cathay Cargo, Singapore Airlines Cargo. Multiple integrators (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for express.
Can you handle hazardous / dangerous goods?
Yes — IATA DGR-certified shippers on team. Class 3 flammables, Class 6 toxics, Class 8 corrosives, Class 9 lithium batteries. We prepare the Shipper's Declaration, packing per IATA-PI / IMDG, and coordinate carrier acceptance.
Door-to-door or port-to-port?
Both. Most India exports we handle factory-to-warehouse end-to-end (your factory to CFS to vessel to destination port to consignee warehouse). For freight-only buyers we quote port-to-port. Tell us your preference.
