  • Any rate we share is an offer, not a booking confirmation. Rates are valid for 7 daysand subject to space, equipment and rate availability at the time of booking.
  • Ocean and air rates are typically quoted in USD. Final INR invoice uses RBI reference rate on the date of invoice.
  • Freight-forwarding work is governed by FFFAI Standard Trading Conditions, IATA / Warsaw / Montreal conventions for air, and Hague-Visby Rules + Indian maritime law for sea. Full terms: /terms-conditions.
  • Quotes exclude destination handling, THC / DTHC, demurrage & detention beyond free days, port storage, customs duty at destination, cargo insurance and GST unless expressly included.
  • Sailing / flight / trucking schedules and transit times are indicative and subject to carrier operational decisions. WCL is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (blank sailings, port congestion, weather, strikes, force majeure).
  • Insurance is not included unless separately requested. We strongly recommend All-Risks cover for every shipment.
  • Standard payment terms are 100% advance for new customers; credit terms may be discussed after 3 successful shipments, subject to references and internal credit checks.
  • Governing law: Indian law. Jurisdiction: Mumbai courts.
